Pam
Harrod,
Program Director |
Thank
you for considering Joyful Noise Academy for your child care needs.
Serving families in caring for their children is a joy and privilege.
Central Christian Church is my home church and I consider JNA not
just a profession but a ministry. My education background is
a B.S. in Business Administration from Oklahoma State University followed
by Early Childhood classes at Butler Community College. My previous
experience in the business field, church/Bible study leadership and
motherhood along with experience in each phase of JNA has helped equip
me to serve as the Director of our program beginning in 2000.
I started at JNA in 1995 and have truly gained
experience in each area of our program starting as a substitute, food
coordinator, assistant teacher and lead teacher. The greatest
joy of my experience at JNA is the people. The committed competent
Christian staff is the strength of our program. Our lead teachers
have been here an average of six years. Their love for children and
the Lord create the best environment. It is a blessing to serve the
needs of our children and families at JNA. I look forward to meeting
you. |
My
career in the childcare field, began at JNA upon my graduation from
WSU in 1990 with a degree in Psychology. My work as a teacher, assistant,
bus driver, substitute and lead teacher all prepared me for becoming
the Assistant Director in 1997.
Joyful Noise has a family-like and caring
atmosphere which attributes to my long career here. Our warm and dedicated
staff are one of the many things that makes Joyful Noise unique. It
is a privilege to work in a Christian childcare center where the staff
members are unified in the purpose of ministry. |
