Deb Banzhaf, LSCSW
Licensed Specialist Clinical Social Worker

I am a Christian, a wife, a mom and a grandma. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I graduated from Wichita State University, Summa Cum Laude, with a BSW, a BA in Spanish, with minors in Psychology and Sociology in July 2000. I graduated with an MS in Social Work from Newman University, Wichita, KS, in May 2001, where the program had a Christian Clinical Orientation.

My passion is working with women who have not yet realized their potential. Women with ADHD often fall into this category, as they have no idea what gifts they have, since they have always been told they were “less than” due to the difficulties they might have with organization, social skills, attention and focus, and hyperactivity.

I work with people who are Adult Children of Alcoholics, who often have belief patterns that were learned behaviors in order to survive as children. These faulty belief patterns affect their current relationships with God, and others in negative ways.

Me encanta platicar con personas que hablan español. Me parece que la cultura hispana es muy interesante. Ójala que las personas mexicanas, o de America central, o de sur America, vengan a la oficina del Central de Conseja Christiana.

The people and the issues I work with most are:

•  ADHD (or ADD): ADHD families: adults with ADHD, and children

•  Adult Children of Alcoholics

•  Anxiety disorders

•  Mood disorders

•  Abuse, past and present: physical, psychological, verbal, sexual

•  Self-Esteem Issues

•  Grief and Loss Issues
