His Helping Hands is a Christian based ministry dedicated to helping people who have the greatest of needs in the Wichita and Sedgwick County area with free, gently used furniture, household goods and clothing. His Helping Hands works on a referral basis with various agencies, churches, schools, and employers that partner with us to request furniture and household items for their clients. Local agencies work with HHH by screening clients to make sure they have a true need for the items requested and are actively working to improve their lives. We do not replace or upgrade furniture that a client may already have. HHH will establish distribution appointment dates and times with the referring agency.
If you are a client of one of the agencies listed below, ask your case manager if she/he will provide a referral for you to HHH. Pick Up Your Items...
At the appointed time to pick up your requested items, you must bring a vehicle large enough to handle the requested items. This may be a pickup truck, trailer, or large truck. Come to our warehouse at the time of the appointment. If tie-downs are needed, you must provide them. The safety of the items loaded onto your vehicle is your responsibility.
Our staff and volunteers will assist in loading the items being donated to you.
