Dear Central Family,

Mother's Day weekend is upon us and this Saturday and Sunday, Pastor Doug Reed will be preaching a message of encouragement for moms everywhere.

We've all got mom's to be thankful for and this weekend will be a great opportunity to bring your mom to worship, or just to focus or being a more Christlike mom or to give thanks for the mom God gave to you.

Please take a minute to read my personal blog. I use it as a way to share my thoughts and vision for the body here at Central, posting new entries each Wednesday. I hope you'll enjoy reading them.

VBS / VMS 2008 is set for June 16 - 20 - Reaching the Peak!
The Adventure is about to begin! Pre-Registration for VBS/VMS will take place each weekend from April 26th through May 18th. Laptops will be available at the Children's Check-In area for online registration or click here for more info

You need to be growing in your faith and in your knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Right now, we've got some outstanding classes starting up and you probably need to be in one of them. Our Legacy Ministry is empowering faithful stewardship!
Our legacy will be defined by how we live for God and what we leave behind after we are gone. Legacy Ministry exists to help Christians create an eternal legacy through the transfer of His financial resources in a manner that will be a blessing to family members, the community and to God’s kingdom. Giving to Central Christian
Giving is an individual decision that Christians consider as one of the disciplines of growing in our relationship with Christ. God’s attitude toward giving is best summed up in John 3:16: “For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son.” Because God loved, He gave. God calls each believer to be a faithful steward of all He has given us. A part of being a faithful steward is giving back to the Lord through the local church. Click here for more information.
